Dimafix is a glue in sprey for use in 3D printers in FFF/FDM technology with a heated table.

Dimafix provides excellent adhesion between print and glass, so that sticking off the print is not a problem, even with large ABS printed parts.
You can print from various thermoplastic materials: ABS, PVA, Filaflex, Polypropylene, HIPS,
Adhesion to the ground is activated when the table temperature reaches more than 50 ° C.

When the table temperature drops (40-50ºC), the gluing effect disappears and the models easily go away.
It is soluble so it is easy to clean only with water.
Dimafix 400ml packaging lasts for over 100 prints.

Four temperature zones at which DIMAFIX operates

Zone IV - temperature 95 to 120 degrees Celsius
Maximum adhesion of the printed element, any size and shape without curling. This temperature range guarantees the best quality for sharp edges and tops of the printed element. Also recommended for printing a large number of elements at one time.
The maximum tested print size for this range is 480 mm x 240 mm during 48h continuous printing

Zone III - temperature 75 to 95 degrees Celsius
A zone of high print adhesion, any shape and size up to 200 mm x 200 mm. Good print quality without curling, even when print cooling is on. Also good results with long-lasting printing.

Zone II - temperature 65 to 75 degrees Celsius
Medium adhesive power for straight elements without sharp edges and tops.

Zone I - temperature below 65st C
The printout easily peels off the table. If the table cools down, the printout should go away by itself
