The Mingda MD-400D is a professional high-temperature IDEX 3D printer based on FDM printing technology. It is aimed at the rapid multi-color and multi-material printing process.   • - Fast and smooth operation. Mingda has developed a proprietary high-performance 64-bit motherboard powered by the 6-core CPU. It ensures fast processing of data and rapid completion of 3D printing tasks. With 32Gb of memory, one can quickly store, export, and print large files with ease.

     

    - Reliable and comfortable operation. The MD-400D is equipped with multiple useful features, such as automatic filament detection, a smart resume printing function, flexible PEI build plate, advanced dual cooling system, camera for remote monitoring, Wi-Fi support, efficient air filtration system, silent operation, and open material system.     - Vibration Reduction Function. Eliminates ghosting and ringing problems, which automatically compensates for vibrations during high-speed printing.. In addition, the flow control mechanism allows precise management of the amount of filament, eliminating under- and over-extrusion. This leads to improved print quality and accuracy with sharper details.

     

    - Automatic leveling system, which greatly improves printing efficiency and quality stability as well as helps to reduce failures caused by a poorly leveled build plate. The precise calibration of nozzle distance also enables the printer to create models with finer layer resolution.

    - 7 inch IPS high-definition computer screen with an intuitive and well-organized UI available in different languages. 

     

    - The device supports SD, U-disk, and Type-C connectivity. After being connected via Wi-Fi or a network cable, the MD-400D can be remotely controlled and monitored in real time.

     

    - Self-checks when the power is on. It automatically checks the status of the extruder, hot bed, camera, leveling, fan, and other components. If there are any abnormalities, a prompt will be displayed on the printer screen for quick and convenient processing.
